GM Bartlebee explains Tanning at Estate Meeting

GM Bartlebee — skinner, bundler, and tanner extraordinare — explained Tanning at Estate Meeting. Rangers seem to be more proficient in this newly released ability. Estate Citizens have been given information on what tools to use and the proper procedure and aproximate time that such procedures take.
