First Annual Prediction Contest A Great Success
(Crossing, Zoluren: 286 Skullcleaver 355)
Two nights after it begun, the First Annual Prediction Contest has been completed, and it was a smashing success. Nearly thirty participants gathered in the Crossing’s Amphitheatre over a three-night period to show off their talents in the Art of Foresight.
The judges were Pentaith Illistim, Digmo McDog, and Amiss DeRhi, and they had a very difficult time of selecting the winners, from all the wonderful entries. It was planned to have only four winners, but the contestants were so good, five winners were selected.
The three runners-up were Cerelum, Saralle, and Silverbat, each receiving a platinum telescope pin, a cambrinth ring, and a silver Moon Mage Guild ring. The second place winner, Falbir, won a lovely robe, and a platinum telescope pin, and the grandprize winner, Wyloth, won an amazing prize set. It consisted of a platinum telescope pin, a set of diamond-inlaid bones, and a beautiful silverwood staff crafted, and enchanted with the Clear Vision spell, by Amiss. Everyone who participated in the contest received a silver telescope pin, marking them as entries in the First Annual Prediction Contest.
Congratulations to all the winners, and everyone else who tried their skills at the contest! We look forward to seeing you all again next year.
